2025 Speaking of Women Series

Speaking of Women is a Mount Vernon Chamber program designed for business women to connect with one another, empower each other and mentor upcoming business leaders. The 2025 Speaking of Women series includes: 

Three empowerment panels:

• The Next Generation of Women Leaders, March 12 at 4:30 PM
• Women Shaping the Future, June 11 at 4:30 PM
• Women in Power, September 10 at 4:30 PM

Each of the panels includes social time with ice-breaker activities to build and nourish camaraderie and a fun environment for all participants followed by the feature presentation.  Admission and hors d'oeuvres at the empowerment panels are paid in full when you join Speaking of Women. 

In addition to the empowerment panels, Speaking of Women members have access to eight Coffee Chats held the second Wednesday of the month at 9:00 AM. Food items are paid directly to the location where the event is held. Monthly coffee chats are held in a more intimate setting where participants are able to continue the conversation and expand on the topics presented during the panels. 

Empowerment panels and coffee chats are held at various locations in Skagit County. Participants are advised in advanced of the Speaking of Women locations.
